Golden Ticket Collaborations

To bring schools, parents and agencies together on site in your community

Young adults with IDD shouldn’t be destined for a life on the couch.

Does it seem impossible to navigate your way to disabilities waivers?
Is there a lack of communication between your school and outside agencies?
Is there little to no interagency collaboration?
Does your school district operate like a jumbled mess?
Are students exiting the district without a plan?

Leaving the public school system shouldn’t mean a student with disabilities will lead a life on the couch with nowhere to go and nothing to do.

Interagency collaboration is essential for a successful transition to independent adulthood. Yet, district schools and families are often not prepared for when kids with IDD become adults. Parents may get mixed messages about the disability waiver application process, and if there’s no interagency collaboration, it can be a jumbled mess.

Fortunately, it doesn't have to be that way.

Contact Bob directly to strategize this event for strengthening your interagency collaboration!
