Refunds and Cancellations
What to do when things don't go as planned
Refund and Cancellation Policies:
Cancellation by Registrant:
- For professional learning events, if you cancel your attendance within 30 days of the event, you will receive a full refund.
- Cancellations after the 30 day window will be handled on an individual basis and may include a percentage retained to pay the associated lodging costs to the event host.
Cancellation by the Barrows Barometer on Special Education LLC:
- If the Barrows Barometer cancels or postpones a professional learning event due to weather and or catastrophic events, the event will be rescheduled. If the registrant prefers a refund, the refund will depend on the associated hotel rules for the cancellation. Any hotel costs would be subtracted from the registrant’s refund.
